Life
is a gift from heaven's above. We must accept it with all our hearts
but why do most people just ignore their lives and live miserably? Or
else commit suicide? Maybe, they don't know the genuine meaning of
HAPPINESS. That is happiness is a feeling of pleasure, contentment
and satisfaction. When we feel happy, we are satisfied that something
is right or has been done right. We also feel happy whenever our
needs and desires are being carry through. But how can we achieve
happiness? Can we go through our lives without happiness?
According
to David McNally, we can live life fully and be happy by following
these steps. First, “life is an adventure; we must dare it”. We
necessarily know how to take risk on whatever it may be. At least,
we get to try our best and take the challenges with no hesitations.
Second, “life is a mystery; unfold it”. Each of us should open up
and unfold that something, nobody understands. We must think beyond
understanding. Third, “life is a game; play it”. We have to
maneuver and use different strategies and techniques to win it.
Fourth, “life is a struggle; face it”. We endeavor everything in
order to survive. Fifth, “life is beauty; praise it”. Each of us
has a purpose why we're living in this world so we must see the
beauty in it and praise it. Some praise for the tangible ones. But
the real beauty is the one that can't be seen by the naked eye. It's
in the goodness of the heart. In addition, “life is also a puzzle;
solve it”. We must be wise enough to solve it. Like some
mathematical problems we encounter in school, we tend to analyze them
thoroughly and apply the exact formulas. And probably, we'll get the
right answers. Lastly, “life is a bit of opportunity; take it.”
if we have this favorable chance to live, we should not be afraid to
take it.
To
sum up the whole thing, if we always look for happiness we can never
be happy instead. We just have to be contented of what we have and
what can offer. The most indispensable thing is just being happy.
Because “ALL IS WELL” when we are blessed and self-satisfied.
